Rumors said that there was a 10 inch PlayBook planned but it was shelved at the last moment because of poor sales of the 7 inch variant, and for RIM to concentrate on Blackberry 10 and their next smartphones.
However, according to Tinthe, said device does exist, with pictures of the bigger Blackberry tab compared to the existing 7 inch tablet and an iPad, sent in from their forum member quang3g, who apparently used to be involved wtih Blackberry sales.
The hardware seems about the same, with a screen ratio similar to the iPad. There’s a 7250 mAh battery, a slim 10-inch frame, and a SIM holder and cellular radio. More pictures over at the source link below.
