Bejeweled 2 (Rs. 168.33) 
Simply classic
Bejeweled, the original match-three-gems style game has taken a step further with the new Bejeweled 2. In this game, its publisher Electronics Arts (EA) and developer Pop Cap Games have added three game modes – Classic, Action and Endless. In the Classic mode, you match three or more of the same type of gems and earn points as usual; the Action mode adds a timer to the game; and the Endless mode is an unending game of Bejeweled. Players can match four or five gems to win rewards. By matching four gems of the same colour, an explosive gem of that same colour can be earned, which when matched with two gems of similar colour will blast and destroy the surrounding gems. What we miss is the online leaderboards, but that won't stop us from keeping this game, which has almost turned into a three-gems-match genre away from our list. 
Alex is amazing
Whether it’s the luck that runs with the makers of Angry Birds or the addictiveness of physics-based puzzlers, Rovio’s next, the Amazing Alex has made it to the top charts quite quickly. Yes, it is addictive and we liked the way the player has to interact with objects and figure out the best possible way to complete the level. Though the early stages appear easy, the complexities increase gradually. The cartoon-inspired world of this game has good graphics with 35 interactive objects and more than 100 levels that will keep you glued to your mobile screen. Where’s My Water (Free, Rs. 54.8) 
Where is my water
The central character of this puzzle game is Swampy, the alligator. This cute Disney character often faces enmity from his fellow gators who try to stop the water supply to this clean freak. The player has to dig pipelines in order to restore the water flow to his shower, while keeping algae and other contaminants at bay. This is a fun-imbued multi-touch game with some cool animation. The game has a blend of classic and modern feel, and players can swipe, slosh and splash to guide water through increasingly challenging scenarios in this water-physics game.

This is a simple yet addictive puzzler with some pulsating spy music. You are trapped in an experiment and have to find your way out. After the initial few levels, you'll gradually need to master the art of Shift. Shifting flips you beneath the floor on which you are standing and reverses both your body colour and gravity. So, the onus is upon you to spot the paths that are available using this mechanism, and also figure out how to make it to the exit for each level. Those yearning for more can opt for the premium version and get ad-free gameplay of more than 50 levels, unique control mechanics and a customised sound track.

This is truly a classic puzzler, which walks you through ancient events. The story of the game is that mysterious crypts were created thousands of years ago to protect the temple relics. Cut The Rope is a classic game and the Experiments version of this game makes it all the more exciting. Although the crux of the game remains the same as you have to feed Om Nom, Cut The Rope: Experiments throws in a lot of special items to make it harder to complete an experiment. The game comes with new additions such as rope guns, suction cups, rockets, water and robo arms. On one hand, there are elements to make controlling easy, while on the other hand, the special items included in the game increase its complexity. This puzzle game comes with 150 new Experiments (levels) across 6 colourful new settings. Puzzle Quest 2 (Free)

Just like Bejeweled, Puzzle Quest and its sequel are match-three-items style puzzles, but with a twist. Puzzle Quest combines match-three-items with role playing.
